Returns Policy

At chatamata.pl, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that online shopping requires trust, which is why we have a clear returns policy.

1. 14 days to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days of receipt of the shipment without giving a reason.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, goods used for storing food are not returnable (jars, organizers, etc.), unless they have not been unpacked, used, or "tested" as mentioned above.

2. Complaints and damage during transport:

-We know shipping is a challenge.

If your item arrives damaged, don't worry. Take a photo of the damage and send it to us via email (provided in the Contact section).

-In case of transport damage, we will send a new copy at our expense or refund your money - it's up to you.

3. How to make a return?

Please let us know by email or phone if you wish to return your item.

Pack the product securely (preferably in the same box and packaging in which it arrived).

Send the package back to our office address in Krakow (the buyer covers the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our fault or a product defect).

4. Refund

We will refund your money using the same payment method within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return package.
